Georgia Phone Case offers  free ground shipping to USA over the order total of $150 excluding taxes.  We currently do not offer free shipping to Canada. 
We Use both UPS and USPS for all orders more than $150, Please check the section below for clear understanding.  Because we Sell Parts and Accessories Both we cannot have the same cut off time for both since handling accessories takes longer than parts. In case if you have placed an order for both parts and accessories in one order, we will use our accessories handling and shipping method.  IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU PLACE TWO SEPARATE ORDERS, ONE FOR PARTS AND ONE FOR ACCESSORIES, IF YOU WANT THE PARTS IN A TIMELY MANNER.

Severe weather and holidays may delay your order.
Orders placed on  Saturday or Sunday will ship out the following Monday.

GeorgiaPhoneCase will not compensate or refund any shipment money, if there is a delay that has been caused due to weather or delays by shipping carrier.

Shipment Tracking will be provided which customers can see when they log in and click on View Orders in My account Page.  If for any reason, Tracking shows that the product has been delivered and Customer hasn’t received it, in that case GPC will not be responsible for any Loss or will not compensate towards the loss. We will go by what the tracking shows on the shipping carrier’s website.

If there is anything specific you want us to mention or write on the box, please type in manually on checkout page before placing an order, so we can make sure to do the needful.

If you have not received the shipment in timely manner, and after tracking if the shipment is lost due to any reason by the shipping carriers mistake, in that case, we will need 7 working days to find out what went wrong, and replacement products will be arranged if the original products cannot be traced within that time frame.
