Our Devices are very accurately graded based on the grading scale description. You will receive exactly what you see in grading scale. Since we go through few thousand devices a month, we have a set of team dedicated just only to filter phones out and label them exactly how they are described in the Grading Scale Sheet. Our Phones are not only Checked by Phone Diagnostic Software but also tested manually to ensure that we eliminate RMAs as much as possible, however if you encounter an issue with the devices that is not consistent with the grading scale then we provide a 60 day hassle free warranty period for you to return the phone and your money back as long it meets our return policy criteria.
