GeorgiaPhoneCase.com now offers a lifetime replacement policy for all of our Accessories and Parts with the exclusion of Batteries, Tools,Bluetooth Devices and Phones! These Products once bought cannot be returned of replaced. There are no exception with those products. GeorgiaPhoneCase.com has Retail locations therefore we understand the needs and the criteria for Accessories and Parts Warranty. If you ever come across any defective accessory, then we will be more than happy to exchange it out for you within our given criteria. - All Qualifying items with the receipt are eligible for Exchange or Online Store Credit – E Wallet Balance. Upon Receiving a defective part, we will add credit on customers account, which they can use it towards their next purchase.
- Returns for Store Credit is only applicable for Cellphone Parts and not on Cellphone Accessories. Any Defective Accessories will be exchanged for the same product unless GPC has stopped carrying it.
- WE WILL MAKE NO EXCEPTION ON RETURNS IF THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN DAMAGED WHILE INSTALLING OR HAS ANY SIGN OF PHYSICAL OR LIQUID DAMAGE.
- Any item returned that is in working condition without any defect will subject to a 25% restocking fee. It is customers Responsibility to check all products before they leave the store to ensure they do not spot any physical damage, once they leave the premises, any physical damage to the product will be considered customer’s responsibility. Customers should inform any shipment that has missing or damaged products within 3 days of delivery, anything thereafter will not be considered for warranty or exchange
- We will warranty the product for a lifetime as long as you are a customer of GeorgiaPhoneCase.com and are buying from us with the similar volume within last 60 days. If not then we will consider the warranty for that particular part for only 30 days.
- The customer is responsible for shipping expenses at all times. We will not be responsible for return shipping.
- Any item that is not carried by GeorgiaPhoneCase.com is not eligible for refunds if the purchase time is greater than 60 days.
- GeorgiaPhoneCase.com will not cross ship any products. In order to cross ship , customer will have to purchase a new product with a new order, and ship out the defective product for RMA processing. Both Steps will be handled separately
Return and Exchange for Phones/Tablets/iWatches
At GPC, we have a 60 days Return Policy for any devies bought within that period. If the phone has any physical damage, FRP/iCloud Locks, Passwords or any sort of phyiscal damage which includes any damage resulting customer received the phone, customer will not receive credit or exchange in this situation. GPC will not refund or exchange if the return criteria has not met.
At GPC, we stirctly follow a 60 day period for warranty, since we deal with more than 1000 plus stores on a weekly basis, we are very strict on the time period and cannot extend grace more than 60 days. Any RMA files after the warranty period will not be entertained for refund or exchange.
If a customer chooses to get a refund, they will receive the amount on the value of equal or lesser at the time of it being processed.
Example – If a customer buys a phone at $300 and chooses to return the phone after 30 days, where the value of the phone has gone down to $280, we will credit the value of the current market of what we sell at.
GPC Does not provide Return labels for Phone/Tablet/Watch returns. Customer will have to ship it at their own expense. We do not cross ship items, if a item has to be replaced, then we will have to be in possesion of the original item for us to ship out replacement.
